C1A Court Form: Making or Responding to Allegations of Harm and Domestic Violence
The C1A form is to provide supplemental information when making or responding to allegations of harm and domestic violence.
You use the C1A form to:
- Tell the court about harm that you or your child/ren have suffered or are at risk of suffering; or
- Respond to any allegations which have been made by the other parent in their application.
If you are the applicant (person who applied) to court, you will have the opportunity to complete the C1A which will then be sent to the other party for their response. Please note that if you complete the online version of the C100 Application, the C1A will be contained within the application instead of a separate form.
