Barrister Representation Service (BRS)
Dads Unlimited has a licensed access certificate from the Bar Council which enables us to instruct a barrister on your behalf. This is a paid service, available to mentoring clients at a low cost on a fixed price scheme which depends on the type of hearing.
Before we can book your barrister we must have:
- A copy of the C100 application form
- Barrister Referral Form (completed by your mentor)
- Notice of Proceedings
Unless we have these documents your barrister cannot be booked.
If you would like further information, please call our helpline on 01233 680150.
